1992 - Henko (S) Pte Ltd
Exclusive Sales and service of Tsugami Japan CNC Autolathe machines for Singapore and Malaysia. Took over and continue all products from Henko Industries. Sales and service of Micro-Vu measuring equipment and comparators.

1996 - BME Industries (M) Sdn Bhd
Established a Malaysian subsidiary based in Penang for the sales and service of Tsugami CNC products. Sales and service of Micro-Vu measuring equipment and comparators.

Sales and service in the Far East for leak testing machines, welding machines
