Automatic machines type "RLD-250" has been designed inorder to detect faulty aerosol containers on the productionor filling line, and to satisfy the continuously growingproductive needs, and quality control. In order to carry outthis series, we made use of our experience matured in 20years of continuous research in micro leak control sector. The technical details adopted give top priority to reliabilityand checking precision, simplicity of use, maintenanceand energy consumption. The heads rise and fall viaclosed cam movement which assures perfect insertion ofcontainers independent of rotary speed (difficult to achievewith other systems) and thus avoiding small breakage's onthe neck and their subsequent rejection.
The control system consists in the closing of aerosolcontainers and the subsequent pressurisation inside them.At the end of the cycle, of adjustable duration according tospecific requirements, one can verify if a loss of pressureoccurred. The machine controls contemporary possibleleaks inside containers as well as imperfect formations ofthe neck, in order to avoid a leakage of the liquid in thefollowing filling phase. The system is completely operatedby a microprocessor which, controls the test parameters ofeach head in real time, and compares them continuouslywith the given data. The machine is equipped with aself-checking system of heads able to survey theirefficiency. At the end of the control cycle, containers thatresult faulty are automatically ejected from the production line. These machines can be inserted with no problem inalready existing filling or production lines.Main characteristics of this series are:
