Presentation
Automatic machine type “VLD” has been designed in order to detect faulty metallic cylindrical open top containers (max. diameter 99 mm) on the production line; and to satisfy the continuously growing productive needs, and quality control. In order to carry out this series, we have made use of our experience matured through continuous research in micro leak detection since the company’s establishment in 1974. The technical details adopted give top priority to reliability and checking precision, simplicity of use, maintenance and energy consumption.
Control System
The control system consists in the closing of containers and subsequent depressurization inside them. At the end of the test cycle, of adjustable duration according to the production speed, one can verify if a change of pressure has occurred. The system is completely operated by a microprocessor, which controls the test parameters of each head and compares them continuously with the given data. The machine is equipped with a self-checking system of heads able to survey their efficiency. At the end of the control cycle, containers that are faulty are automatically ejected from the production line. These machines can be easily integrated with no problem in already existing filling or production lines.
